Glimpse about the Role:

We are actively seeking a versatile and go-getter Customer Delight Maverick with hands-on experience in the entire gamut of hardcore sales, especially in the real estate vertical. As a Telesales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to nurture leads that should eventually turn into customer acquisitions. You will play a vital role in driving sales, building relationships with potential customers, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

– Engage with potential customers and nurture leads, ensuring a deep understanding of their requirements and preferences.
– Conduct thorough consultations to assess client needs, budget constraints, and desired property attributes.
– Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients to enhance loyalty and customer retention.
– Offer expert advice and guidance to clients regarding real estate investment opportunities, property comparisons, and market trends.
– Present property options that align with clients’ preferences and facilitate property viewings as necessary.
– Assist clients in making informed decisions by providing accurate and up-to-date information on properties, financing options, and legal aspects.
– Collaborate with the sales team to create tailored sales strategies that align with customers’ unique requirements.
– Ensure all paperwork and documentation related to property transactions are accurate and processed efficiently.
– Liaise with the operations team to ensure timely and smooth handover processes for purchased properties.
– Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any queries, concerns, or issues promptly and professionally.
– Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department and follow up to ensure timely resolutions.
– Solicit feedback from clients post-sales and use this information to identify areas for improvement in customer service and satisfaction.
– Continuously stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor activities, and best practices to enhance service offerings.

Qualifications and Skills:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
– Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey complex information to clients.
– Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
– Highly organized and able to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.
– Adept in Cold Calling.
– Astounding in Lead Nurturing.
