Glimpse about the Role:

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will spearhead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns aimed at boosting brand awareness, generating leads, and enhancing customer engagement. Your responsibilities will span various digital channels and strategies, requiring a robust grasp of digital marketing principles, excellent analytical skills, and a commitment to staying abreast of the latest industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including email marketing, social media, SEO, SEM, content marketing, and display advertising.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business goals and target audience.
– Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management tools (e.g., Meta, Instagram, GA-4, Google Tag Manager), and email marketing platforms.
– Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to enhance marketing campaigns and improve audience targeting.
– Manage and optimize company websites, landing pages, and other digital assets to ensure optimal user experience and conversion rates.
– Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including developing content, creating email lists, segmenting audiences, and analyzing campaign results.
– Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and monitor social media trends to increase brand visibility and engage with followers.
– Monitor and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to drive targeted traffic and maximize ROI.
– Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including creative teams, agencies, and vendors, to develop and implement marketing initiatives.
– Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and share knowledge with the team.

Qualifications and Skills:

– Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
– Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role.
– Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
– Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management tools, and email marketing platforms.
– Familiarity with web analytics and data analysis to measure campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
– Creativity and ability to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
– Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
