Duties and Responsibilities:
Under the guidance and overall supervision of the Head of HR, the HR intern will be expected to undertake the following responsibilities:
Support in Recruitments:
– Assist the HR Team in recruitment processes, reaching out to candidates, sharing questionnaires, encoding/decoding written tests, and providing necessary support.
– Update recruitment status for all candidates and assist in maintaining proper documentation for all recruitments.
– Update the status of recruitments, overviews, new hires, etc. as and when required.
Support in Learning and Development:
– Maintain the mandatory course tracker and corroborate information with all staff/units to ensure correctness.
– Follow up with colleagues as necessary.
– Assist the HR Associate in organizing L&D activities and staff engagement sessions with logistics and designing required communication.
– Support the Core HR team with any other daily tasks.

Skills:
– Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office (Office 365, SharePoint Online).

– Ability to work within tight deadlines and adjust accordingly as new priorities arise.
Language Requirements:
– Fluency in English, with an understanding of Hindi desirable.
Brownie Points:
– Previous experience in the Real Estate Sphere.
